30-Day Promise
If you’re not delighted, you may request a refund or replacement within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Item
If your product arrives defective, broken, or incorrect, we’ll replace it at no charge (including shipping). Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can make it right quickly.
How to Start a Return (RMA Required)

Contact us at service@abbeysullivan.com (include your order # and reason for return) to receive an RMA number.

Pack items securely (original packaging when possible).

We recommend using a trackable service; we’re not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds

Refunds go to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

Please allow 3–5 business days after receipt for processing (your bank may take additional time).

Original outbound shipping is non-refundable unless we made an error or the item was defective.
Exchanges / Replacements
Prefer a swap? Ask for a replacement instead of a refund during your RMA request. Defective or damaged items are replaced at no cost.
Return Eligibility (Simple Guidelines)

Items should be returned with all components (caps/sprayers) and packed to prevent leaks/damage.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that are heavily used or missing components.
Final-Sale Items
Gift cards, clearance/“final sale” items, and personalized or bulk special orders (if any) are not returnable unless defective.
