Orders are shipped within 24-48 hours after an order is accepted. Orders received between Friday to Sunday are processed on Monday or Tuesday of the following week.

We ship via USPS, UPS, and Amazon Shipping depending on the order. Typically, heavier orders ship via UPS. If you live in a rural area and have a PO BOX, please be sure to include it along with the street address. If you provide only a PO Box, the order will ship via USPS only.
Our Shipping Rates within contiguous USA:
- For orders up to $44.99, the shipping cost is $7.00 within contiguous USA.
- Orders of $45 or more receive FREE shipping within contiguous USA.
- For orders shipped outside contiguous USA, the shipping cost is $15. We do not ship internationally.
Checkout delivery date windows are estimates, not guarantees as they are subject to weather and carrier delays.
Yes. We use the US Postal Service’s definition of domestic shipments, which includes Puerto Rico and U.S. territories.

Refunds go to the original payment method once we receive and inspect your return. Please allow 3–5 business days after receipt for processing (your bank may take extra time). Original outbound shipping is non-refundable unless we erred or the item was defective.
Items outside the return window or Items on Final sale such as gift cards, clearance/final sale, and personalized or bulk special orders (if any), unless defective.
Ask for a replacement during your RMA request. Defective/damaged items are replaced at no cost.
Yes. Our oils are phthalate- and paraben-free and not tested on animals.
If you or your pets are somewhat sensitive to fragrances, test in a small area first and use in well-ventilated spaces. If you are highly allergic to fragrances, please avoid use.
