Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 22, 2025
Ademark Products, Inc. ("Abbey & Sullivan," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you visit our websites, shop in our online store, interact with our emails/SMS, or otherwise engage with our services (collectively, the "Services").
Plain‑English summary: we collect the information needed to process orders, support your account, improve our products, and—if you opt in—send marketing. We do not sell personal information for money. We may "share" data for advertising/analytics. You can opt out at any time.
1) Scope & Who this applies to
This Policy applies to personal information about U.S. consumers collected by Abbey & Sullivan through the Services. It does not cover information processed by third parties on their own behalf (for example, marketplaces like Amazon/Walmart when you buy there) or information collected in a purely business‑to‑business context when you are acting on behalf of a company (except where state law provides otherwise).

4) Cookies, analytics, and targeted advertising
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site and understand performance. We may work with advertising and analytics partners (for example, those that help measure visits or show ads for our products on other sites). You can manage cookies in your browser and via our Privacy Choices tools (see Section 8).
Global Privacy Control (GPC) & universal signals. Where required by law, we honor browser or device‑level opt‑out signals (e.g., Global Privacy Control) as a request to opt out of targeted advertising or sale/share of personal information. See Section 8 for how to exercise choices and state‑specific rights.
5) How we disclose information
We disclose personal information to:
-
Service providers / processors who perform services for us (hosting, payment processing, order fulfillment and shipping, analytics, customer reviews, marketing and SMS, anti‑fraud). They may access personal information only to provide services under contract.
-
Advertising/analytics partners for measurement and interest‑based advertising. This may be considered a “sale” or “share” under some state laws.

We do not sell personal information for money. We may “share” or “sell” (as those terms are defined under certain state laws) identifiers and internet/technical information for cross‑context behavioral advertising and analytics unless you opt out.
6) Retention
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above—typically: orders and accounting records (7 years); customer service records (2–3 years after last interaction); marketing preferences until you opt out or your account is inactive for a defined period; cookies per their expiry. We will also retain information as needed to comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes.
7) Security
