What are the accepted forms of payments for orders?
We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover, Paypal and Personal Checks. Check orders are fulfilled after funds are received.
How soon is the product shipped after an order is placed?
Credit Card orders are shipped within 24-48 hours after an order is accepted. Check orders are shipped as soon as funds are received. Orders received between Friday 3 p.m. CST to Sunday Midnight are processed on Monday or Tuesday of the following week.
How is the product typically shipped and what are the shipping rates?
The product is typically shipped via UPS Ground service or US Postal Service (USPS). The shipping rates below are charged when we ship an order using Ground service to the contiguous U.S. (Lower 48 States). Other shipping options are available. Please call for rates on expedited service and for Alaska, Hawaii and international shipping.

- For orders up to $44.99, the shipping cost is $7.00.
- Orders of $45 or more receive FREE shipping within lower 48 states.
What is the minimum required order?

What is your returns policy?
Given the consumable nature of the product, returns are not allowed unless the product is proved to be defective within 14 days of purchase. Whenever possible we will exchange defective product or issue a refund. We do not accept any exchanges without a valid Exchange Authorization Number, which is provided when you contact us at 713-851-5169 with information about the nature of the exchange. We must receive and inspect the product before exchange is officially given. Returned product must be in the original factory packaging with no writing on the manufacturer’s label.
Are there any safety warnings for your products?
Concentrated fragrance oils are not for consumption via mouth. They are for external use only. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. In case of irritation due to direct eye or skin contact, wash with warm water and soap. Contact physican if swallowed. Wipe immediately if oil touches stainable surfaces such as fabric, wood or leather.
